You can return a product if:
Change your mind
In case you change your mind you have the option to choose another product or request a refund (right of withdrawal). The applicable law stipulates the right of return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. At the online store www.artemis-jewellery.gr we enable our customers to return a product within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product is defective
If the product is defective or has become defective until it is delivered to you, you will need to inform us of the details of the damage and arrange for the return of the product.
The product has been damaged during transport
In case you receive any parcel from us that has obvious bumps from its transport and / or contains damaged or damaged product then you need to contact us within the next 48 hours of receipt.
If you use a product that has been damaged during transport and even delivery to you, then you consider the damage acceptable and you bear any repair costs
You have received the wrong product from the one you ordered
If the product you received is different from what you ordered or from what is stated on your receipt or invoice, you will need to contact us so that you can tell us the product you should have received and the details of the one you actually received.
The current law stipulates the right of return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order for the return of the product to be accepted, you need:
- Return the product in its original shipping package (shipping box) as well as with all shipping protectors (bubble wrap etc).
- The product must be intact, ie not worn / used beyond the test and not soiled / beaten.
- The special markings, eg protectors, tabs, labels, etc., have not been removed from the product.
- Do not modify the product, eg remove part of the bracelet from the watches or any other modification to the jewelry
- Its packaging has not been damaged.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or purchase invoice
- Be accompanied by all the original documents with which it was sent (warranty, instructions for use)
- Fill in and submit the return declaration form
In the event that the above conditions are not met or we receive returns outside our policy terms, returns will not be accepted.
In this case you are entitled to:
- the repair of the product by us without any additional charge on your part.
- its replacement unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. Replacement is carried out after checking and confirming a defect either by us or by the respective official dealer or manufacturer.
- the reduction of the selling price in relation to the defect.
- withdrawal from the market unless it is an insignificant actual defect.
In the case of defective jewelry:
We undertake the complete and free repair or replacement of your jewelry in the rare case that a construction defect is detected.
In case of defective watch:
The sole responsibility lies with the suppliers, the official representatives and the manufacturers who deliver the products to the company packaged. The company undertakes to manage the entire process of repairing products, receiving and transporting to and from each dealership / manufacturer / supplier according to the warranty terms of each company. In this case and if the products are within the time period defined by the applicable legislation or the respective company as a guarantee period, the shipping costs are borne by our company, otherwise the customer undertakes them.
In case of defective accessories:
We undertake the complete and free repair or replacement of your accessory within the period of 6 months from its delivery. The repair or replacement is carried out after the inspection and the confirmation of a defect either by us, or by the respective official dealer or the manufacturer.
If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement or credit or withdrawal from the market.
Note: Artemis Jewellery is not responsible for any damage and wear of the products after their use or due to incorrect use and in no case is it obliged to replace. In this case the cost of repair and any shipping is borne by the customer.
The responsibility for the returned products belongs to you until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and that they can not be damaged during transport. Artemis Jewelery is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipping.
In case the product is returned by the customer damaged or incomplete, Artemis Jewelery has the right to:
- Ask for compensation from the customer. The amount of compensation is determined based on the condition of the products.
- To unilaterally partially offset the customer’s claim with his own.

The refund applies to all products except:
